What will happen when I place my order? 
Orders placed will be confirmed via an email confirmation once payment has been processed. Upon confirmation you will receive an approximate expected delivery date. 

I'm overseas, can you ship to me?

At this current time we are only able to ship items to the UK mainland. We are hoping to expand our coverage soon so if you are looking for something specific shipping please contact our admin team prior to making a purchase and they will be able to verify if shipping will be possible.

My order is incomplete or incorrect.

In any instances of incomplete or incorrect orders please contact our admin team on admin@bijouxblush.com and they will assist you further in rectifying the issue. 

I love my product and would like to leave a review. 

At Bijoux Blush nothing makes us happier than to hear that a customer loves the product. If you’d like to leave a review you can place a review on our website, via email admin@bijouxblush.com or on our Facebook page. 

I wish to place an order for an item in a different colour to those available online. 
Should you wish to place an order for an item which is not available currently or you would prefer in a different colour please contact our admin team  on admin@bijouxblush.com along with the product details and they will endeavor to assist you further. 

 

My item has become damaged or broken. 

While this is an extremely rare occurrence due to the handmade nature of the product breakages can occur. 
In cases or accidental damage or breakage we offer a remake or replacement service free of charge up to 1 year after purchase contract admin to make arrangements. 

I like one of the products but the finding is not suitable for me due to a sensitivity. 

We can swap out findings for either non metallic silicone, Sterling Silver, 18k gold plated or Stainless Steel findings subject to availability. 
While we take every effort to supply products which will be suitable for all it is impossible for us to guarantee that a person will not have any reaction if they are of a sensitive nature.
